Nutrition
Please Note all the above are covered BUT each level concentrates on some points more than others, see details.
From experience we know that for most riders 3 to 4 hours is more than enough time in the saddle, most experienced people only have the opportunity to ride weekends and those new to Mountain Biking soon feel a little saddle sore, so our courses are tailored around this fact. If you feel you would like a days course or longer than 3 hours we have sessions that can meet your needs so please ask about longer sessions.
Please Note that Mountain Bikes should be in good working order and fit for the purpose of the course being booked. Mountain Bike Adventures strongly recommend that your bikes have been serviced by a recognised maintenance person.
Helmets must be of good quality and worn on all rides.
We suggest you carry enough water for the activity.
